The following terms and conditions apply when booking with ART JAM IRELAND:

  • A 20% booking fee applies at the time of booking.
  • Booking deposits are non-refundable
  • All bookings must be paid for in full 30 days before the event.
  • Minimum group sizes apply. Dublin - 10. Up to 2.5 hours from Dublin 12, Over 2.5 hours from Dublin - 15
  • Cancellations made after full payment are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstance, weather conditions or any other reason beyond control, then the payment received can be used towards an art jam at any other time without time restriction, subject to availability.
  • Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Exact payment dates, account details for transfers and addresses for cheques or drafts will be provided once you confirm final numbers.
  • If room hire charges apply this is the responsibility of the client.
  • Clients are liable for any cancellation costs of room hire should they apply.
  • The Facilitator of the Art Jam can refuse to proceed with the art jam if the group are unreasonably late or if the group turn up in a highly inebriated state.
  • Acceptance of the above conditions is implied when a booking is made and this constitutes the limit of our liability.
